Code of Conduct
General Overview
The Mosinee Youth Baseball (MYB) Code of Conduct (COC) is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of rules concerning behavior on and off the field. All parents, players, and coaches registered to play in any MYB leagues or on MYB property are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is above and beyond respectful of others and reflects positively on the Mosinee Youth Baseball program and our Mosinee community.
The COC is a written contract between the parents, players, and coaches to follow the rules and regulations of the game while upholding the ideals of fair play and sportsmanship. The COC must be followed on MYB property as well as any locations/fields where MYB teams have been invited to play.
Children who wish to play, parents who want their children to play, and coaches who wish to coach teams under the MYB program are required to follow and sign this COC.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to sign a COC for each MYB league/program?
No. The MYB COC is the same for each league and program. Once you've reviewed this with your child(ren) and signed, it can be uploaded to any/each registration.
Do I need to sign a COC for each child?
Yes, there currently is only one signature line per child, so a separate COC will be required for each child. You can still review the COC at the same time with all children so you only need to go through it once.
Am I required to sign the COC every year?
If the COC version on this page matches the version you've signed a previous year, you can upload that one again for registration. It is still recommended to review this with your child(ren) before the start of the season.
If the COC version doesn't match, then you will have to review and sign the new one.
Are digital signatures accepted?
Yes, a digital signature is accepted if you do not want to print this out, sign, and scan back in.
